Allison has pursued a passion for all aspects of
women’s health across the lifespan. Her concentration in
recent years has been on hormone balance and caring for women during the perimenopause and
menopause transition.
Allison is a member of The Menopause Society
and is one of few Menopause Society Certified Practitioners (MSCP) in Eastern North Carolina.
Allison is a Certified Evexias-trained clinician, trained in hormone therapy and integrated functional medicine.

After over 30 years of caring for patients in many settings and across the lifespan, Nancy has shifted her focus toward health promotion and health maintenance. She believes
that maintaining healthy nutrition and hormone balance
are essential components of well-being.
Hormone optimization helps men and women
manage symptoms of hormone imbalance,
such as fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, decreased libido, insomnia, mood swings, hot flashes, and anxiety.
Nancy is a Certified Evexius-trained clinician.
Program Details
Every person and every family has different needs, different schedules, and different styles. Our Advanced Practice Nurses will work side by side with you, customizing a plan to fit your goals and lifestyle.

We begin by drawing labs and having you fill out paperwork that will help us understand your symptoms and how they affect your life each day.
​
You will then meet with Allison or Nancy, where they will go over your labwork with you, discuss treatment options, and make their recommendations.
​
If you are a candidate for hormone replacement, you can begin your treatment that day!
​
The initial cost of $350 includes complete labwork and initial consultation. Once your treatment options have been discussed and decided upon,
cost of medications and follow-up will be reviewed with you. Once hormone therapy has been initiated, you should not require another follow-up for about 3-4 months before needing to re-dose medications.
